A few years ago, Emre Celik couldn't imagine being where he is today in terms of his career. He had to fight his way up, his start in professional life was bumpy. Today, the anti-discrimination expert is not only successful in his job, he is also committed to a diverse society.

For years, I have been campaigning for enlightenment - privately and professionally. When I started to report about it, especially on LinkedIn, companies became aware of me and approached me directly. That's how I got my first request to give a talk about my passion and to appear as a speaker at a large company.
Giving up was never an option for me.
The topic of "fairness" has always played an important role in Emre Celik's life, and not just in soccer. As the son of Turkish immigrants, he had to fight for himself and his rights early on. Today he lives and works in Munich.
